Milkstone removal Application:

Descaling pipelines Application:

Dilute 750 ml ALPHOS PLUS in 40 ltr hot or cold water and circulate for 30 mins.
Repeat for severe cases.

Milkstone prevention Application:

ALPHOS PLUS used at 375 ml per 40 ltr of hot or cold water fortnightly will help prevent milkstone.

Description
ALPHOS Plus is an acid milkstone remover and descaler.

Key features:
- Suitable for use in regular and robotic milking plants, single or multi-stage CIP processes & ABW plants.
- Phosphoric and nitric mix.

Milkstone removal Application:
- After milking, rinse all equipment with cold water.
- Circulate 600 - 700mls ALPHOS PLUS to 40ltr water for 10 mins (hot or cold).
- For lighter deposits, a weaker solution may be used ( 375ml to 40ltr water).
- Drain and rinse thoroughly with clean water
Descaling pipelines Application:
- Dilute 750 ml ALPHOS PLUS in 40 ltr hot or cold water and circulate for 30 mins.
- Repeat for severe cases.
