ALFASAN PLUS is a strong powder detergent for milking machine equipment.
Key features:
- Helps to prevent milkstone build-up.
- Multi-purpose, free-flowing powder that dissolves quickly.
- Suitable for use in all types of pipeline milking equipment & bulk milk tanks.
- Helps to prevent milkstone build-up.
- For use in hard or soft water.
- Defats & protects rubbers.
- Low foaming & free rinsing to leave equipment sparkling clean.
- Chlorine-free.
- Dissolves quickly.
- ALFASAN PLUS has been used by Irish farmers for over 30 years.
- 70% Caustic based.
Post Milking Daily Application:
- Wash jetters and outside of clusters before connecting them.
- RInse machine with water at the rate of 10-15ltr of water per unit.
- Dissolve ALFASAN PLUS at the rate of 250g per 45 ltr of water allowing 20 ltr of solution per milking nit, (6 units required 60ltr of solution).
- Circulate the solution for 10-15minutes having discharge the first 5ltr to waste.
- After circulation return the solution to the wash station and retain it for the second daily wash.
- Rinse plant with cold clean water at 15ltr per unit.
